Fudpucker Trading Company wants your business as a satisfied customer. If you have any problem with a product (other than normal wear and tear), return it to us with your receipt and reason for return. Also include your name, address and daytime telephone number. An exchange or refund will be issued.
Pack and seal your return or exchange securely and include the reason for the return or exchange. Packages must be returned prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D. Deliveries.
Credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges should include a check or money order for the appropriate amount of shipping & handling. If you are unsure of the amount, please call 1-800-622-3837 or send an e-mail to fudpucker@fudpucker.com and someone will be glad to assist you.
If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please call 1-800-622-3837 or send an e-mail to fudpucker@fudpucker.com and a return shipment package/mailing label will be sent to you.
